How the process works..

We created this business because we ourselves had trouble financing a new home because we were self employed.

Several reasons can affect how bank and mortgage lenders grade you on how credit worthy you are.   Just normal life challenges affect how your credit looks to a prospective mortgage lender.

Divorce, Death, Disability, and a long list of other reasons, give the lender a reason not to extend you credit.  The amount of information necessary to get approval for a Federally backed mortgage loan is overwhelming.   Even if your credit appears to be good enough on the surface to get approval.

Once you've been through the loan process a few times you begin to realize that there seems to be no end to the number of people who are involved in this credit approval process.

Every one of the people involved in the process are going to get a chunk of your money at the closing.  Typically at the "Closing" you will receive a statement, outlining who get paid and why. It's really a great deal of money, about 12% of the price of your new home.

We created this program to help our customers get a new home without paying a realtor, a broker and the other unnecessary people who all get a chunk of money.

Next Steps...

As with all home loan companies, it's necessary to proviide your personal credit history information. We usually require a credit report on you and your spouse. We prefer a report with detail and scores from TransUnion. You can usually get a free report online.

The next step is to print the credit reports for you and your spouse to a PDF file. Then email it to us.  Also, we require some form of income verification. Usually that is a YTD check stub for you both.

You can scan those, and send them along with your credit reports to "[email protected]"

Usually you will receive a response with-in 24 hours.
